Williams Property on Ivydale Drive
This property is located in a residential area on Ivydale Drive in Southwest Atlanta. Southwest Atlanta has a large number of property owners who have participated in the Greenway Acquisition Project. Through this participation, the City has been able to establish a more connected greenway corridor along designated streams. The longer a greenway corridor, the greater the protection afforded a particular waterway. This property is located entirely within the 100-year floodplain, and is comprised of a mixture of hardwood trees and dense understory vegetation.
