Williams Property on Sandringham Drive
ocated entirely within the 100-year floodplain, the Williams property consists of a mixture of hardwood trees and dense understory vegetation. This property is located in a residential area on Sandringham Drive, southwest of Adams Park in Southwest Atlanta. The presence of rocks throughout this meandering segment of South Utoy Creek promotes the mixture of oxygen and water in the creek. The oxygen is dissolved into the water where it can be used by aquatic plants and animals through the process of photosynthesis. This segment of protected greenway is essential to maintaining a healthy and oxygen-rich environment for South Utoy Creek.
