Located in a residential area on Wells Drive near Campbellton Road in Southwest Atlanta, approximately 10 acres of Priority-1 status property were purchased for the Greenway Acquisition Project along South Utoy Creek. The Dunn property, is located adjacent to the southern border of the Watson property. Together, these properties represent over 800 feet of uninterrupted stream corridor protection. Connectivity between protected properties helps to maintain a healthy and diverse plant and wildlife habitat along this segment of South Utoy Creek.
