Toure Property
Located in a residential area near the Browns Mill Golf Course in Southeast Atlanta, this Greenway Property has never been developed. This property is heavily wooded, and borders approximately 85 linear feet of the South River. This property was attractive for acquisition because it is located near two other Greenway Properties: Swallow Circle, and Bromack Drive. Acquisition of adjacent properties helps to build true greenway corridors that not only add to the number of linear streamside feet protected, but to the overall stability of the protected area. Together, the three properties protect approximately 2,925 linear feet of the South River.
