Patterson Property
This acquisition is comprised of a streamside 100 foot wide floodplain and riparian area of a small property on North Utoy Creek. Located on Westport Way in southwest Atlanta, this acquisition provides an example of how small property owners can participate in the project to help protect streams in their own neighborhood. The project has been very successful along North and South Utoy Creeks with both large and small property owner participation. This high level of participation is resulting in a great amount of connectivity between the protected properties.
