Nash Property
The Nash property is located in a single-family residential area on Adams Drive in Southwest Atlanta. South Utoy Creek flows diagonally through the three individual parcels that have never been developed. As a result, the acquisition of this property provides a protective corridor along this segment of South Utoy Creek. A variety of bird species, including the Blue Heron, call the mature hardwood trees home. Plants and animals benefit from a more stable living environment, and water quality benefits from the existence of vegetation to filter pollutants before they can enter the creek.
