Hall Property
This greenway property acquisition includes almost 3 acres located in a residential area on Lynhurst Circle near Interstates 285 and 20 in West Atlanta. Utoy Creek is protected for approximately 925 feet along the western boundary of the Priority 1 status property. Characterized by thick vegetation, protection of this property will help prevent the damaging effects of erosion and sedimentation to the creek. This land purchase includes a tributary to Utoy creek, which will also be protected under this acquisition.
