Dunn Property
In this recent greenway acquisition, the property owner sold almost 1.5 acres of land to the City of Atlanta. This Priority 1 status property is located in a residential area on Wells Drive near Campbellton Road in Southwest Atlanta. Also acquired by the City of Atlanta, the Watson property, located adjacent to the Dunn property, demonstrates how participation by residents along South Utoy Creek can create substantial connectivity, and can enhance the quality of stream segments located within the protected greenway properties.
