East Area CSO Tunnels Project Status
The design of the West CSO tunnel has begun and is expected to be completed by January 2004 . Actual construction of the tunnel is expected to begin in July or August 2004.
Preliminary results of the Value Engineering indicate that the East CSO tunnel may be eliminated in favor of expanded storage at an existing CSO facility location.
